It fulfils the most diverse purposes thanks to it’s accessibility, robustness and durability - and all that with the highest efficiency rating 40/40+.

Thanks to this distinctive concept our modular-models (component based models)  turn into individual homes.

Commercial,industrial and sports halls, warehouses and shopping markets - all of these have the following in common: big surface areas. As well as equally big roof structures, which should be stable and equally as appealing.

 

Furthermore we also meet the challenge of a generous entry of daylight. Support and beams are helpful for the construction of a commercial hall but not always wanted. KIO’s planing team manages this balancing act between individual client withes, daylight utilisation, freedom of movement and feel-good ambience as we master the quadrature of the circle.

The Bungalow:

The Premiumhouse on one level

Selection for all expectations: you choose size, architectural style, roof shape and slope according to your needs and taste. A wide patio respectively covered terrace creates additional “living space”, offers shade and protects from rain.

 

Our individual, architectural bungalows are perfectly adaptable for people with temporary or permanent impairments and assure an optimal, barrier-free living. Wheelchair and age-appropriate fittings can already be taken into account in the planning stage and can be
implemented when required or even immediately.
